Alex Iacovitti: Ross County sign former Oldham defender
- Published
Ross County have made their third signing of the week by completing a deal for defender Alex Iacovitti.
The former Scotland youth centre-back was most recently with Oldham Athletic in England's League Two, having started his career at Nottingham Forest
The 22-year-old joins former Hearts defender Connor Randall and midfielder Stephen Kelly, who has signed on loan from Rangers, in arriving at County.
"He has good experience for a young player," said boss Stuart Kettlewell.
Randall played 27 times for Hearts in season 2017-18 on loan from Liverpool and was most recently with Arda Kardzhali in Bulgaria's top flight.
Kelly, 20, was loaned to Ayr United last season and scored six times in 33 appearances.
"At only 24, Connor has some terrific experience behind him," Kettlewell added.
"And Stephen has some great attributes that we feel those will complement what we have and help us build our Premiership squad for the upcoming campaign."
