Charlton Athletic v Portsmouth called off because of waterlogged pitch
- Published
Saturday's League One game between Charlton Athletic and Portsmouth has been postponed because of a waterlogged pitch at The Valley.
The match was called off following a second pitch inspection shortly before 14:00 GMT.
Heavy rain overnight and throughout Saturday morning in south east London resulted in the pitch being ruled unplayable by referee Bobby Madley.
No new date has yet been set for the game to be played.
