Barcelona forward Jennifer Hermoso scored but then went off injured as her side drew the first leg of their Women's Champions League semi-final with Paris St-Germain.
Hermoso headed Barcelona ahead in the first half but later come off with her ankle heavily strapped and could be a doubt for next weekend's second leg.
PSG, who beat the holders Lyon in the quarter-finals on away goals, equalised when defender Alana Cook headed in.
Neither side have won the competition.
Barca beat Manchester City in the last eight. Remaining English side Chelsea are in the second semi-final and face Bayern Munich in Sunday's later match.
