Barrow have signed midfielder Joe Grayson on a two-year-deal following his release by Blackburn, while defender Kgosi Ntlhe has signed a new one-year contract at Holker Street.

Grayson, 22, made two appearances in his time at Rovers, and also had loan spells at Oxford United and Grimsby.

He was a regular for the development squad having come through the academy.

Meanwhile, Ntlhe, 27, joined from Scunthorpe last summer and made 26 appearances last season.

"I am very pleased to get the deal done before pre-season starts and I can't wait to get going," the defender said., external

"There were plenty of ups and downs in my first season, but we reached our goals and now we have to use that."
