Wolves have signed Portugal Under-21 winger Chiquinho from Estoril for an initial £3m.
The 21-year-old, who has a deal until 2026, says he was "inspired" by many of his compatriots playing at Wolves.
"It's a big stadium and I feel a lot of fears because it's a big team, but I will do my best for the club and enjoy playing here," said Chiquinho.
He joined Estoril in 2019 and has impressed during the club's rise to sixth in the Portuguese Primeira Liga.
A former Sporting Lisbon youth player, Chiquinho has scored three times in 15 games this season.
Chiquinho joins fellow Portuguese players Jose Sa, Bruno, Pedro Neto, Ruben Neves, Daniel Podence, Trincao, Fabio Silva, Nelson Semedo and Joao Moutinho at Molineux.
Tottenham are expected to try and make a move to sign Spain winger Adama Traore from Wolves this month.
