Burnley 3-3 Blackpool - Seasiders fight back to earn point at Turf Moor

Blackpool put together a stunning Lancashire derby comeback to rescue a point against Burnley in a Championship fixture where both sides had a player sent off.
The hosts flew out the blocks, leading through goals from Josh Brownhill and Nathan Tella before Theo Corbeanu hit back for Blackpool.
Tella added a second to make it 3-1 after 33 minutes but Blackpool responded through Shayne Lavery with 16 minutes left.
The visitors scored again just two minutes later through Jerry Yates to level it before both sides finished with 10 players as the Seasiders' Sonny Carey and Burnley's Ian Maatsen were dismissed.
The result means Burnley have now gone four games without a win, with Vincent Kompany's last victory coming on the opening day against Huddersfield.
Brownhill's first for the hosts came via a long-range drive, with Tella slotting in after controlling the ball well on his chest before beating the Blackpool defence.
Tella's second came courtesy of a defensive slip from the visitors, not unlike the Seasiders' goal 12 minutes earlier as Burnley's inability to clear from the back saw Corbeanu score his first for the club after joining on loan from Wolves.
Blackpool did not sit back, however, and launched a comeback deep into the second half when Lavery fired in following a cut-back from Jordan Gabriel.
The visitors were not done there, with Burnley unable to pick up Kenny Dougall and the ball eventually falling to Yates, who bundled in from close range.
There was more drama late on as Carey was red-carded for a foul on Maatsen, who was then sent off himself for his reaction in the aftermath.
Burnley boss Vincent Kompany:
"The first half was terrific but we lost our way in the second half. We were just a little bit overwhelmed by our own doing. It was in line with our previous performances this season but this time we've had the magic of goals.
"Introducing Tella went well and he will get more goals this season. But then not everything went to plan and we've got to learn lessons.
"I've got to say that when we went down to 10 men we got more momentum. It was a shame because he's an important player for us.
"I will talk to him but we must remember he got booted off the pitch - it was a shin-high tackle. You are allowed a reaction but when you start putting your hands on someone, you're in trouble.
"What Ian did was not dangerous - it was just an error from a young player."
Blackpool boss Michael Appleton told BBC Radio Lancashire:
"We started really poorly and gave them the benefit of some good play. There was some really poor play from us defensively.
"You think to yourself, 'have we got the spirit to come back from that with the tough week we've had?' To come to a place like Burnley and be 2-0 down, we had to show a lot of spirit.
"We didn't allow them to have too many massive chances in the first half. They were very clinical when they had to be but in the second half we dominated in the key areas of the pitch."
[On the red cards] "It's a strange one. I can sort of see why [Carey was sent off] because he fell into the counter attack. I don't think it's as bad as it sounded but I've not seen it back yet. I'll look at it before we decide to do anything with it.
"It seemed to lift them when it went to 10 v 10. It lifted the crowd a little bit."
