Buxton 2-0 Merthyr Town: The Bucks progress in FA Cup

Buxton secured their place in the FA Cup second round for a second successive season with victory over Merthyr Town.
Diego De Girolamo's third goal of the season put the National League North side ahead early on from the penalty spot after a handball by Liam Angel.
Merthyr fought back and Alex John went close with an excellent effort while Lewis Powell missed two good chances.
Jason Gilchrist sealed victory for the hosts with two minutes remaining.
Merthyr, who are currently 14th in the Southern League Premier Division South, were appearing in the first round of the FA Cup for the first time since 2005.
Merthyr Town manager Paul Michael told BBC Radio Wales Sport:
"I'm so proud of the players' effort - we were so good today.
"Football's a game of fine margins. We've had a handball penalty decision given against us early on in the game and we've proceeded to dictate the game and their keeper's made two or three excellent saves.
"Then as we're throwing men forward at the end we've gone down 2-0. We weren't quite able to get that equaliser that I felt our performance deserved.
"Very emotional when I went over to the supporters- they were right behind us as they have been throughout this competition."
