World Cup final: How you rated Argentina and France players

Alexis Mac Allister was rated as man of the match by BBC Sport readers for his performance in Argentina's World Cup final victory over France.

Brighton midfielder Mac Allister earned a rating of 8.01 as Argentina claimed their third title and first since 1986, winning 4-2 on penalties after a 3-3 draw after extra time.

Kylian Mbappe, who scored a hat-trick for France, was beaten by the smallest possible margin, earning an rating of 8.00.

Lionel Messi was third with a rating of 7.98 after scoring a twice in the final.

France's Ousmane Dembele was given the worst rating, just 3.89, after being substituted in the first half.
