Plymouth Argyle: Steven Schumacher taking positives after Swansea City loss

Plymouth Argyle boss Steven Schumacher says his team being competitive against sides with greater resources is a positive after the 3-1 loss to Swansea.
Argyle led for almost half the game before the Swans took their chances in their Championship game at Home Park.
The loss left Argyle 18th in the Championship after 11 games.
"Swansea have got a top six budget and are trying to get to the Premier League," Schumacher told BBC Radio Devon after a second successive loss.
"For me it didn't look like it was a top six budget against a bottom of the league budget, so the teams are evenly balanced.
"That's a big positive that we're going toe to toe again with another team in the Championship, but we have to find a way to win games, because I'm sick of saying that."
As Argyle prepare for a weekend off due to the international break Schumacher feels he and the club are learning lots as they get used to their first season back in the Championship since 2010.
"We know that there's quality players in every team and if you can't sustain a performance for a whole 90 minutes or you lose concentration and switch off, then you're going to get punished," he added.
"We're learning all of us, staff and the players, and if we can just perform to the level and intensity and energy for the whole game then we'll be alright, but if we just switch off and don't take our chances when we get them then it's hard."
