Perry Ng: Cardiff City frustrated not to be higher in Championship table

Perry Ng says Cardiff City are frustrated not to be better placed in the Championship despite returning to the top six thanks to a resounding win at Huddersfield Town.
Cardiff finished only a place above the second-tier relegation zone in 2022-23.
That was a second straight season of struggle for the Bluebirds, but Ng says the Bluebirds now have lofty ambitions.
"I think with the signings we have made, we could probably say we expected to be up there," the defender said.
"It's a bit frustrating looking back at games because we could be higher. But we will take it and we just have to keep going."
Cardiff failed to win in their first three Championship games of this campaign before claiming victories in five of their next six league outings.
Then came another three-game winless league run before Tuesday's trip to the John Smith's Stadium, where Callum Robinson, Dimitrios Goutas and Yakou Meite scored first-half goals and Ng sealed a 4-0 rout with a fabulous free-kick after the break.
Erol Bulut's side, who are sixth in the table ahead of Wednesday's games, will look to build on that success when Bristol City visit the Welsh capital this weekend.
"We mix it up quite a lot," Ng added. "If teams press us we can go long, so I think we have a really good balance. We are difficult to play against.
"I think before the international break we looked a bit tired so we needed that break. Then the first game [at Blackburn last Saturday] was a bit sloppy, but we were back on it [at Huddersfield] and we have to keep this momentum going on Saturday in the derby.
"All games at home are big now for us."
