Swansea City Women will return to the Swansea.com Stadium to host Wrexham Women in their first match at the venue since turning semi-professional.
The Adran Premier side play the majority of their matches at the Llandarcy Academy of Sport.
A crowd of 1,376 attended as the Swans drew 1-1 with Cardiff City in their most recent outing at the stadium in December 2022.
S4C will broadcast the contest live on Sunday 19 November (17:10 BST).
"This is a fantastic opportunity for our supporters to come and watch a really competitive game and help inspire the next generation of footballers in our community and in Wales," said Swansea chairman Andy Coleman.
Wrexham Women were watched by more than 9,500 supporters at the Racecourse Ground as they beat Connah's Quay 2-1 in March, during their Genero Adran North title-winning campaign.
That surpassed the previous record attendance for a domestic women's game in Wales, the 5,175 tickets sold for Cardiff City's game against Abergavenny Town in the Genero Adran Premier at Cardiff City Stadium in November 2022.
