Jack Earing suffered a knee injury in January which kept him out for 11 months

Walsall midfielder Jack Earing has signed a new deal at the League Two club until the summer of 2025.

The 24-year-old returned at the start of December after 11 months out with a knee injury.

Earing, who joined from Halifax in June 2021, has scored five times in 71 games for the Saddlers including in the 3-1 win over Wrexham on 29 December.

Walsall are 13th in League Two and start the new year with a visit to Grimsby Town on Monday.
