Port Vale and Wigan have been fined for failing to control their players in their League One game on 16 December.
Players from both teams were involved in "a mass confrontation" after Wigan's Chris Sze went down in the Vale penalty area under a challenge from Vale goalkeeper Connor Ripley.
Referee Marc Edwards ruled Sze had dived and both players were booked.
The clash came a minute after Ethan Chislett had put Vale 3-2 ahead, a goal which proved to be the winner.
Vale were fined £3,750 and the Latics £6,500 after admitting the charge.
