Both Bristol City and Millwall accepted their £5,000 fines following the clash in stoppage time
Bristol City and Millwall have both been fined after a mass confrontation between both sets of players in their Championship match on 1 January.
The Lions won 1-0 after a goal in the 92nd minute by Shaun Hutchinson.
Four minutes later both teams clashed with City's Joe Williams and Millwall's Ryan Leonard shown yellow cards.
