Kieran Trippier says he is "100% committed" to Newcastle United and that a move to Bayern Munich is "over".
Newcastle rejected a £12.8m offer from German champions Bayern for the right-back on Tuesday.
The England defender, 33, joined the Magpies from Spanish club Atletico Madrid for £12m in January 2022.
"There's no place I'd rather be," he told BBC Radio Newcastle after his side reached the FA Cup fifth round.
"There's been a lot of speculation about me recently but, as always, I'm committed here. 100% committed, as I have been since I first signed."
Trippier was Newcastle's first signing following their Saudi Arabian-backed takeover, and the first under manager Eddie Howe.
He has regularly captained Howe's side and helped the club secure a return to the Champions League for the first time in 20 years with a top-four Premier League finish last season.
On the interest from Bayern, Trippier said: "It's over. As I've said before, I'm committed. I've had a nice break with my family and I'm not worrying about anything. I'm committed to the club - they've done a lot for me and I want to give back.
"I've been quiet but not thrown my toys out of the pram or anything. I'm happy here, like I've always said, and want to give everything for the club."
The 2-0 win at Fulham on Saturday took Newcastle through to the last 16 of this season's FA Cup. However, they are 10th in the Premier League, 14 points adrift of the top four, and were knocked out of Europe after finishing bottom of their Champions League group.
"I'm old enough now and have been around the block," said Trippier. "At my age, I can only take it [Bayern's interest] as a compliment. I'm here now and want to give everything for Newcastle.
"Unsettling? No, because I'm a professional. I'm experienced and try to block all the noise out."
