Wolves striker Sasa Kalajdzic has suffered a serious knee injury while on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt.
Kalajdzic, 26, has ruptured the cruciate and lateral ligaments in his right knee and is out "indefinitely".
The Austria international joined the Bundesliga side in the January transfer window and had registered one assist in five games.
He joined Wolves for £15m in 2022 but suffered a knee injury on debut and missed the rest of the season.
He returned this campaign, scoring three goals in 13 appearances.
When he left on loan in January, Wolves sporting director Matt Hobbs said Kalajdzic had been "incredibly unlucky" and the "best thing for Sasa and us long-term is for him to go and get lots of football".
