Scotland must 'churn out results' in Euro 2025 bid, says captain Corsie

Captain Rachel Corsie says Scotland "believe in ourselves" but must find consistency if they are to succeed in Women's Euro 2025 qualifying.
Scotland followed their winless Nations League campaign by beating Philippines then losing on penalties to Finland in the friendly Pinatar Cup.
The Euros draw takes place on Tuesday, with Pedro Martinez Losa's side aiming for a first major finals since 2019.
"We obviously want to be there," Corsie told the Behind the Goals podcast.
The Aston Villa defender added: "We feel we've got what it takes to be there, we believe in ourselves, and of course everyone's going to give everything to try and make it happen.
"We need to wait and see who we get and then we need to prepare properly and we just need to churn out the results.
"I think that's something that will maybe be the biggest challenge. That's the one thing that we need to get better at - we need to be more consistent.
"When it's small margins you don't want to be going into games knowing that you need to probably score more than one goal to win a game.
"We're trying to just fine-tune things and just get better and better. You can't give good teams half-chances. You need to be really disciplined and organised at both ends of the pitch."
Scotland will be in League B of the new Euros format, having been relegated from Nations League A at the end of 2023, with qualifiers getting under way early next month.
Corsie says the Pinatar Cup disappointment against Finland has provided valuable experience.
"They are a team that we also lost out to in the Euro qualifiers last time round and you don't forget those moments," she added.
"They are a team that demand a lot from you, they have a lot of players in some really good leagues so it was a fixture that I think was perfect for us.
"It gave us that experience of playing a team that is in the bracket of the teams that we will likely come up against [in the Euro qualifiers]."
