David Brooks: Southampton midfielder says team will 'try to get better'

Southampton midfielder David Brooks wants his promotion-chasing side to cut out "slight errors" after their dramatic 4-3 win at Birmingham.
Joe Aribo scored a 96th-minute winner for fourth-placed Saints to keep them five points behind second-placed Ipswich Town in the Championship.
The victory followed back-to-back home defeats by Millwall and Hull and a 3-0 loss at Liverpool in the FA Cup.
"The performance on a whole was extremely good," Brooks said.
"If we can just not concede three goals then it's perhaps one of the best performances of the season. It's the small margins but we'll have a look as a team and try to get better.
"We dominated possession, created chances but it's just a few slight errors that they've scored from."
The 26-year-old Welshman joined Saints on loan from Premier League neighbours Bournemouth in January and has already made a big impact at St Mary's.
In seven appearances he has produced two goals and three assists including a fine strike to make it 2-2 at St Andrew's on Saturday.
Saints will be looking to turn around their poor home form when they host Preston North End on Wednesday.
