Neil Harris: Club needs to be 'as Millwall-like as possible'

Millwall manager Neil Harris says all he can do between now and the end of the Championship season is make them find their identity to steer the team away from relegation.
The Lions have won both their games since Harris replaced Joe Edwards as boss in January.
A trip to Blackburn Rovers awaits on Tuesday with only one point keeping Millwall out of the relegation zone.
"All I can do is make us as Millwall-like as possible," Harris said.
"When that happens, especially at The Den funnily enough, that's when we have success.
"It's a quick turnaround for Blackburn Rovers and our job is to pick something up on the road.
"It's purely one game at a time because that's the mentality we need to stay in the division over the next eight weeks."
Millwall beat Watford 1-0 at The Den on Saturday to build on their opening win under Harris at Southampton.
The 46-year-old former Lions striker is back for his second spell as manager following his stint from 2015 until 2019.
"When you come in with 12 to go, you come in because things haven't been right," Harris told BBC Radio London.
"I can't control everything on the football pitch. I can't control our style of play and ask players to do things they can't do - I need pre-season for that.
"No one would have expected us to pick up six points against the two teams we played so it's a huge bonus.
"I've inherited a good group of lads and need to try to continue the work that the guys have set before me but just try to find a different way with them.
"The fact the lads are prepared to run and scrap and fight and defend in numbers, that's what the fans demand. They just need showing, explaining, telling but they are prepared to do it."
