Swansea City have suffered just two defeats in the Adran Premier this season

Cardiff City made a fine start to phase two of the Adran Premier with a 3-0 win over Aberystwyth Town.

Rhianne Oakley, Hollie Smith and Eliza Collie all netted for the Bluebirds in what was the first round of fixtures after the league split.

Swansea City battled to a 3-2 win over Wrexham in a thriller at Llandarcy.

Steph Turner put the hosts ahead before Amber Lightfoot equalised for the visitors.

Swans captain Katy Hosford then struck either side of the interval, with Carra Jones' injury time effort proving only to be a consolation for Wrexham.

In the Plate division, Cardiff Met romped to a 4-1 win over The New Saints.

Emily Ridge put the Saints in front, although Esme Kilburn-Thompson's hat-trick combined with an effort from Molly Chapman earned Met a fine comeback success.

Elsewhere, Pontypridd United claimed a point courtesy of a 1-1 draw at Barry Town United.

Efa Preece Jones bagged for the visitors at Jenner Park, with substitute Taite Trivett earning a point for Barry.
