Liam Scully has been charged by the FA following a tunnel incident
Lincoln City chief executive Liam Scully has been charged with misconduct by the Football Association.
It follows an incident in the tunnel at Sincil Bank after the Imps' 5-0 win over Bristol Rovers last Saturday.
It is alleged Scully's "language and/or behaviour towards a match official around the tunnel area after full-time was improper and threatening".
Scully, who is also chair of the EFL Trust, has until Monday, 25 March to respond to the charge.
Lincoln were leading 4-0 when they had defender Ethan Erhahon sent off for a second yellow card but added a fifth goal as they moved to within two points of the League one play-off positions.
They next host 10th-placed Leyton Orient next Friday, 29 March.
