Jay Stansfield: Birmingham's managerial changes 'tough' says striker

Birmingham City striker Jay Stansfield says the managerial upheaval at St Andrew's this season has not been easy.
Stansfield, 21, lifted the Blues to 20th in the Championship with his 11th goal in all competitions in their 1-0 home win over Preston North End.
Interim boss Gary Rowett secured his first win since stepping in for the absent Tony Mowbray - one of five coaches to have been in City's dugout.
Mark Venus, Wayne Rooney and John Eustace have also taken charge.
"It has been tough," Stansfield told BBC Radio WM.
"You get one manager come in and you want to get settled with him and then the club decides to change. That's their choice and we've just got to get on with it. At the end of the day, they're all managers.
"They can help us in different ways. Over the last six months, I've learned massively from different people."
Stansfield has scored 10 times in 37 league appearances this season but his winner against Preston was his first in six matches for a side who had gone seven without victory.
"Over the last couple of weeks, I have felt the impact of what people say when I'm not scoring," said the Fulham loanee.
"I need to remember that this is my first season in the Championship.
"I'm trying my hardest for the team and luckily I could prove all the people who doubted me wrong and get three points for the club."
Stansfield is the only player this season to have scored at least 10 goals for Birmingham, who are two points above the relegation zone and visit promotion-chasing Leicester City on Saturday in the first of their final six matches of the season.
