Lucas Ness: Charlton defender's contract extended to 2025

Charlton Athletic have extended defender Lucas Ness' contract by one year until the summer of 2025.
The 22-year-old's joined the Addicks from Metropolitan Police in the summer of 2020 and has featured 20 times this season in all competitions.
"Lucas is a big part of the team and squad," said manager Nathan Jones.
"We're delighted to secure him, he's a fantastic character, a good defender and someone that's come through the ranks.
"We're very proud of him and very proud to secure him for another year."
Charlton sit 16th in the Championship on 52 points with two remaining games against Shrewsbury and Wycombe to play before the end of the current season.
