Matty Jones' side are looking to bounce back after losing their opening Uefa Under-21 Championship qualifying game 6-2 to Denmark in Newport in September.
Leeds' Crew, who is on loan at Doncaster, and Coventry City's Andrews, both 19, are involved having featured in the senior friendly against Canada last month.
Fellow midfielder Mafico, 18, is included in Jones' 23-man party having made three senior appearances for the Bluebirds this season, while Manchester United forward Gabriele Biancheri – who is also eligible for Canada and Italy - is called up again having made his under-21 debut in the Denmark game.
