Barrow sign Popov from Leicester on loan

Popov has made one appearance for Fox's first team in the League Cup against Tranmere Rovers

Barrow have signed forward Chris Popov on a season-long loan from Leicester City.

Popov, 19, joins the League Two side having only made one appearance for Leicester, in the League Cup against Tranmere Rovers on Tuesday.

He has so far made three appearances for the Foxes' Under-21 side this season.

Barrow currently sit fourth in League Two having won two of their opening three games.
