Peterborough United have signed Norwich City goalkeeper Vicente Reyes on loan until January.
The 21-year-old has played four times for the Canaries, making his debut in a Championship game against Oxford United in March.
After joining Norwich from Atlanta United in June 2023, the Chilean had loan spells at Forest Green Rovers and Cambridge United, where he played 20 games in League One.
Reyes told the club's website, external: "Norwich play in a similar style to Posh, so that will obviously help me settle in. I am excited about what is to come."
Posh were in the market for a new goalkeeper as Will Blackmore and Alex Bass are both injured and Nick Bilokapic is transfer-listed.
Manager Darren Ferguson said: "We moved quickly to bring in Vicente. We had clear requirements of what we were looking for and the fact that Vicente has played games at this level was important.
"He also played three or four games at the back end of the season for Norwich City in the Championship and fits in with what we look for in a goalkeeper. He is fit and raring to go."
Peterborough begin their League One campaign on Saturday at newly-relegated Cardiff City (12:30 BST).
