Everton agree fee to sign Leicester’s Mace

Everton have agreed a fee with Leicester City to sign England international Ruby Mace.
Leicester turned down an initial £100,000 offer from Everton earlier this month as they deemed Mace‘s value to be much higher so the agreed fee is understood to be considerably more.
Mace successfully underwent a medical at Everton on Friday.
The 21-year-old has made 12 appearances for Leicester after joining on a permanent deal from Manchester City in 2024 and had a year remaining on her contract.
She had a successful loan spell at Leicester the season before and is regarded as one of England's most promising young talents.
Mace made her England senior debut in December 2024, starting in a 1-0 friendly victory over Switzerland.
