Coventry City head coach Frank Lampard has been handed an immediate one-game touchline ban and fined £2,000 by the Football Association, meaning he will miss Monday's Championship game at Hull City.
The former Chelsea and England midfielder was sent off by match referee James Bell after the final whistle following their 2-1 home defeat by Burnley on Saturday, 5 April.
It was alleged that Lampard "acted in an improper manner and/or used insulting and/or abusive words and/or behaviour towards a match official around the field of play after the final whistle which led to his dismissal"
Lampard accepted the charge and the penalty which have "been imposed with immediate effect".
With five games left, the Sky Blues are in sixth, two points clear of seventh-placed West Bromwich Albion and eighth-placed Middlesbrough going into the meeting with Hull.
Coventry performance analyst Connor Lawley was also charged with acting "in an improper manner and/or used insulting and/or abusive words and/or behaviour around the tunnel area after the match had finished".
Lampard was twice given FA charges in his first season as a manager, with Derby County in 2018-19, and also during his time as Everton boss.
Having taken over at the CBS Arena in December, Lampard has elevated the Sky Blues to the top six in the Championship - and is hoping to take them to the play-offs, as he did with Derby six years ago.
