Exeter City Supporters' Trust are aiming to raise £100,000 to help repair damage caused by a fire at St James Park.
The fire on Wednesday night caused damage to the control room and first-aid room at the League One club's stadium and smoke damage to the newly-built Adam Stansfield Stand.
The control room, which is vital for matchday safety, was severely damaged and must be repaired in time for next Saturday's visit of Burton Albion.
The supporter-owned club are 18th in Legaue One and currently on a five-game unbeaten run in all competitions.
"The monies will contribute to the possible removal and replacement of the necessary buildings and equipment required for matchday operations," a statement from the Exeter City Supporters' Trust read.
"Due to the insurance claim process and timescale of the insurance outcome, short-term funding is required to cover these expenses and a contingency sum for unknown expenses.
"At the point of the insurance decision, the Supporters' Trust will make a further decision on what to do with the monies raised.
"Every donation big or small will go directly towards ensuring that St James Park remains the pride of Exeter and that our club can continue to thrive."
