First Shrimps win a 'weight off shoulders' - Tollitt

Morecambe striker Ben Tollitt says a first win of the season against Barrow on Saturday was a “weight off the shoulders” of the under-pressure club.
Tollitt’s 82nd-minute volleyed winner, his fifth of the campaign, brought the first three point-haul of the Shrimps’ season at the 11th attempt.
But the striker insists the victory can kickstart the season with Derek Adams’ side using it to climb the table from now on.
“Any goal is a nice goal and the feeling is still the same, but if it means we get the first win in the league season, it is massive,” he told BBC Radio Lancashire.
“Personally I am made up and as a group we are buzzing but it feels like a bit of a weight off the shoulders.
"We have been saying for ages we deserved it and it was no different.”
Morecambe, who remain locked with Carlisle at the foot of the League Two table on seven points, play host to mid-table MK Dons this Saturday.
