Stanley criticism can be in a "healthy way" - Doolan

Accrington Stanley manager John Doolan has said criticism over the club's start to the season can be done in a "healthy way".
Speaking to BBC Radio Lancashire, Doolan claimed he is looking to bounce back from Accrington's winless start with a "glass half-full" attitude.
"We've got some really young lads in there who are still learning on the job," said the former Wigan Athletic defender.
"I don't like negativity around. I know the fans have got every right. They can come in, they pay the money, they shout if a player can't control the ball.
"But I don't think it helps when players are having a go at each other or fans are screaming on. It can be done in a healthy way."
Stanley are yet to register a League Two win after draws with Harrogate and Colchester and defeats by Doncaster, Newport and Notts County.
Liverpool-born Doolan, 55, believes increased support at the Wham Stadium will help turn around his side's performances.
"Our fans have been brilliant here and when they do get behind them, especially at the Clayton End, it's fantastic, it gives the players a lift, it gives me a lift on the side and gives all the staff a lift.
"I think being negative at anything, it becomes a chore, anything you try to do becomes a chore."
Accrington, with only Morecambe below them at the bottom of League Two, will aim to start turning around their fortunes on Saturday when they host Crewe, who sit 14th on seven points.
