Reading sale progressing towards completion - EFL
Reading finished seventh in League One this season, just missing out on the play-offs

Reading's takeover "continues to progress towards completion" the English Football League has said in a statement.
A deal in principle was announced on 3 May between current owner Dai Yongge and Rob Couhig's Redwood Holdings.
The EFL deadline for the deal expired on Monday at 17:00 BST and the statement added they had "received further documentation over recent days".
"A further update will be shared in due course," the short EFL statement concluded.
