'Desire of player above anything' - Guardiola on exits

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says the "desire of the players is above everything" amid the possible exits of winger Savinho and goalkeeper Ederson.
Tottenham have been in talks with City about signing Brazilian Savinho, while compatriot Ederson has been heavily linked with a move to Galatasaray.
"If they want to leave, they will come to me," said Guardiola "If they want to leave, they will knock on my door. Whether it's Tottenham in that case or any other club, a player should call the club.
"I am only concerned right now that Savinho will be with us for the rest of the season and hopefully many years, because of the potential he has at 21. He has to improve in final positions but he is an extraordinary player.
"At the end, as always, the desire of the players is above everything but then they have to find an agreement with the club. If they don't make an agreement, the player will be here because the club spends money on those players."
Last season, Guardiola joked he would leave the club unless he is given a smaller squad to work with.
Already this summer, high-profile players Kevin de Bruyne, Kyle Walker and Jack Grealish have all left the club.
"The situation is not easy but they know it," he added. "Tomorrow, there will be two players in the tribune [stands] and when players come back [from injury] there will be four or five at home.
"I know the market in Saudi Arabia is a little longer but I think it happens in many teams that they have big squads and have to move them because every manager wants to work with the right number of people.
"They have to find a balance and desire from the club."
