Barrow sign Walsall midfielder Earing

Barrow are to sign Walsall midfielder Jack Earing on a one-year contract, with an option for a further 12 months.

The 26-year-old, who made 28 appearances for The Saddlers last season, will complete the move on 1 July.

He joined Walsall from Halifax in 2021, having begun his career at Bolton Wanderers.

"Jack's ability at this level is undeniable; he's had a bit of bad luck with injuries and feels he has a point to prove because of the football he's missed," said Barrow head coach Andy Whing.

Earing's arrival follows the signings of former Wigan midfielder Scott Smith and Kilmarnock forward Innes Cameron.
