EFL Trophy holders Peterborough United will visit Swindon Town in the last 32 of this season's competition.

The Posh, who needed a 94th-minute winner from midfielder Donay O'Brien-Brady to beat Crawley 2-1 on Tuesday and guarantee their progress, are looking to lift the trophy for a record fourth time.

Elsewhere in the southern section draw, the only remaining under-21 side in the competition, West Ham will visit Colchester United.

Two high-flying League One sides will face off as Cardiff City host AFC Wimbledon while Luton Town meet Exeter City and Plymouth Argyle visit Leyton Orient.

The tie of the round in the northern draw sees 2023 winners Bolton Wanderers at home to Bradford City.

Two-time winners Blackpool have been drawn away to Harrogate Town after the League Two side finished the group stage with a 100% record which included a victory over Huddersfield Town who will go to Lincoln City in the first knockout stage.

The final of this season's EFL Trophy will be on Sunday, 12 April 2026.
