Snow will not halt Exeter preparations - Caldwell

Exeter City manager Gary Caldwell says the club will adapt their preparations for their trip to Wrexham after snow hampered their training.
The Grecians have been unable to train outside after Exeter and parts of Devon were hit with heavy snowfall.
City are due to travel to face the League One high-fliers on Saturday and are unbeaten in four games in all competitions.
"A lot of players haven't made it in yet, the training ground is covered so there'll be no training on the grass or the astro, so we're looking in to different things to do with the players," Caldwell told BBC Radio Devon.
"We've got meetings in terms of the tactical preparation, but we'll do something physical with them and then prepare them hopefully to be able to train on the grass tomorrow [Friday]."
Caldwell says that while the weather has proved to be an inconvenience, he is enjoying adapting his plans in the face of the adverse conditions.
"This is all part of the job really," he added.
"You wake up every morning and you never know what's going to happen, and it's one of the parts of the job that I love, how you you need to adapt, you need to think on your feet and you need to come up with ways to ultimately just get the players ready for three o'clock on Saturday to win a game of football."
