Aberystwyth Town 2-3 Barry Town United: Keira Harris's late goal earned Barry their first league win of the campaign at Park Avenue. Ellie Preece struck twice in the opening 23 minutes for the visitors in Aberystwyth, although Ellie Gunney's own goal and a Sian Evans effort got Aber level at two apiece early in the second half. But Harris netted in the 81st minute to ensure Barry moved three points clear of bottom side Pontypridd. Aberystwyth are fifth with six points from a possible 12 so far this term.
Briton Ferry Llansawel 3-1 The New Saints: Briton Ferry made it back-to-back wins as they overcame TNS. Ashley Griffiths gave the hosts an early lead, although Caitlin Chapman equalised with her third goal in two matches. Maia Owen restored Briton Ferry's lead on the half hour mark before Grace Evans bagged a third for the hosts on 70 minutes as Briton Ferry, currently sixth, moved level with third-placed Swansea on six points. TNS are fourth, also on six points.
Cardiff City 3-0 Swansea City: Reigning champions Cardiff claimed the south Wales derby bragging rights as they thumped Swansea at Cardiff City Stadium. Mackenzie Olden tapped home the opener in the third minute, and after Mikayla Cook was brought down in the box, Laura Curnock converted her side's second from the penalty spot. Cook herself got in on the act with her second goal in as many matches in a stunning first half showing from the Bluebirds. Victory for Iain Darbyshire's side - their third in succession - keeps them top, ahead of Wrexham on goal difference. Swansea sit third after their first loss of the season.
Wrexham 6-1 Pontypridd United: Wrexham bounced back from defeat by TNS in style with a bumper victory over winless Pontypridd. Faye Marshall's own goal gifted the hosts an early lead, although Josie Smith turned into her own net soon after to level proceedings. But Abbie Iddenden and Katie Barker struck before half time as Wrexham took a 3-1 lead into the break. Mariam Mahmood and Iddenden added further goals shortly after half time, with Mahmood completing her brace in added time to ensure Wrexham stay level on points with leaders Cardiff. Ponty stay rock bottom without a point after three matches.
