Leyton Orient boss Richie Wellens has confirmed defenders Dan Happe and Tom James will miss the rest of the season through injury.
James came off in the second half of Saturday's goalless draw against Wigan with a dislocated shoulder, while O's captain Happe picked up a late problem.
"Dan felt something pop with the last kick of the game against Wigan and he's done for the season," Wellens told BBC Radio London.
"It's something we need to improve on. Dan is a top centre-half, I wouldn't swap him for many centre-halves in this league, but we can't keep him fit."
Jordan Brown joined the growing injury list when he was forced off in the second half of Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Stags.
But Wellens hopes Ethan Galbraith, who missed the trip with a calf problem, will return on Saturday when they visit Crawley.
The O's boss has bemoaned a "horrific" run of injuries as his side bid to break into the League One play-off spots. They sit ninth, five points off the play-off pace with five games to go.
"People can go 'oh, we've had a bad run'," Wellens said. "Try having the injuries we've had all season. All season we've had horrific injuries."
