Luton fan 'stable' in hospital

Luton Town striker Carlton Morris has welcomed news that the supporter who was taken ill before Saturday's game against Swansea City is "stable" in hospital.

Kick-off at Kenilworth Road was delayed for 15 minutes while the fan received treatment from medical staff and an ambulance was summoned.

"Wonderful news. Thoughts are with him and his family," Morris posted on X.

"Big thanks to the medical staff for acting so quickly and professionally."

The game was dedicated to the British Heart Foundation, as it is almost one year since Luton defender Tom Lockyer suffered a cardiac arrest during a game against Bournemouth.
