Rangers eye 'experience' for rest of window - Clement

Philippe Clement says Rangers will concentrate on adding "experience" to his squad for the rest of the summer transfer window.
The Belgian manager has added six players to his squad since finishing runners-up to Celtic in the Scottish Premiership and losing the Scottish Cup final to their city rivals.
But only Scotland squad goalkeeper Liam Kelly, who arrived after rejecting a new contract with Motherwell, is over 22 years of age.
"We were focused on everything, but it is easier earlier to get the young players in, but for the rest of the transfer window there will also be experience coming into the building and we need a good balance in the squad and in the team of both," Clement told Rangers' website.

"It was important to find these young talents and I think we have found a few really exciting players for the future for this club."
Midfielder Mohamed Diomande's loan from Nordsjaelland has become permanent, winger Oscar Cortes has returned on loan from Lens, left-back Jefte has been bought from Fluminense, while they have also snapped up former Aberdeen midfielder Connor Barron and exiting AC Milan defender Clinton Nsiala.
Old Firm rivals Celtic have yet to add to their double-winning squad.
"We already have done a lot of things compared with other teams, but that was also necessary," Clement said. "We had five players leaving the building at the end of their contract, so we didn't get any money in that way - and we lost five players."
Rangers have also added to the Belgian's backroom team, with 54-year-old Dutchman Andries Ulderink, the former Go Ahead Eagles head coach, arriving as assistant manager.
"He is not somebody I knew personally, but I heard a lot of good things about him and in the clubs that he was in - and we had really good talks," Clement added.
"I wanted to make our coaching staff bigger because we want to focus even more on the individual side of the players to develop them better.
"I cannot be everywhere at the same moment, so it was important to have a really good addition and somebody with a lot of experience, who also has a loud voice, so he will do a good job."
