Rotherham boss Steve Evans has been given a one-match touchline ban and fined £1,000 by the Football Association for misconduct.
Evans was charged with "the alleged use of improper language and/or behaviour and/or questioning the integrity of a match official in or around the changing rooms" after his League One side's 1-0 defeat at Exeter City on 10 August.
The Scot, who returned to Rotherham for his second spell as manager in April, admitted the charge and accepted the standard penalty.
Rotherham, who have taken one point from their opening two league games, travel to Wycombe on Saturday.
