Adam keen to bring in 'mentor' at Fleetwood

Fleetwood Town manager Charlie Adam plans to bring in an experienced coach to work alongside him.
It comes following the departure of assistant manager Maurice Ross, who has returned to Scotland to be closer to his family.
In the meantime, Matt Lawlor, previously Fleetwood's under-21s manager, will step up to be a first-team coach working under Adam.
"I just feel that I need someone with experience beside me that can guide me and help me given the opportunity," Adam told BBC Radio Lancashire.
Adam, in his first managerial role, has been in the post for almost 12 months, although he could not prevent relegation to League Two.
The Cod Army are 16th in the fourth tier with only one win from their past nine games.
"This is a decision that I've made with the club that I feel I need a bit of a mentor," 39-year-old Adam said.
"We're a young coaching group and I feel that experience is probably needed."
