Port Vale have made their eighth signing of the summer after agreeing a season-long loan for Wrexham striker Mo Faal.

The 22-year-old joined the Red Dragons from West Bromwich Albion ahead of last season and went on to make eight substitute appearances as Wrexham won promotion from League One to the Championship.

Vale boss Darren Moore described Faal as "a promising young player with strong attributes, who will provide another great option for us at the top end of the pitch".

Ex-Cambridge keeper Marko Marosi, wing-back Jordan Gabriel, attacking midfielder Rico Richards, left-back Liam Gordon, midfielder Jordan Shipley, defender Cameron Humphreys and striker Ben Waine have all been recruited ahead of the new League One season.
