Robert Lewandowski is set to miss Poland's games with Portugal and Scotland with a lower back injury.

The Scots host Croatia in Friday's penultimate Nations League A1 fixture then travel to take on Poland on Monday evening. Poland are away to Portugal on Friday.

Lewandowski, 36, played all 90 minutes of Barcelona's Sunday loss to Real Sociedad, but his club said on X, external he would be out for 10 days.

The striker, who is his country's record cap holder and scorer, converted a penalty in Poland's 3-2 win over Scotland at Hampden in September.

Steve Clarke's Scots picked up their first point in Group 1 with a 0-0 draw at home to Portugal last month. Poland are three points behind Croatia and six points off Portugal.
