Burnley analyst Bredice dismissed after betting ban

Burnley lead performance analyst Richard Bredice has been dismissed by the club after he was suspended from all football-related activities for 12 months and fined £4,500 for breaching betting regulations.

Between 1 November 2014 and 13 December 2022 he placed 456 bets on football/football related matters.

Bredice was employed by Manchester City as a first team analyst between 1 March 2013 and 22 May 2019 and joined Burnley on 25 June 2022 after three years at Anderlecht.

Six months of his suspension are effective immediately, with the other six months suspended until the end of 2025-26.
