'Hope it's Howe' for England manager?

I would hope it is Eddie Howe but he is embedded at Newcastle.
There would obviously be a chunky pay-off and the FA has to balance its pennies but he would be the ideal choice for me.
We have to deepen the talent pool of homegrown managers. He’s got the personality. He can deal with the media. He’s got the respect of the players.
But he’s doing a good job - and why would Newcastle want to lose such a good manager?
