Torquay sign Luton's Josh Phillips on short deal

Torquay United have signed forward Josh Phillips from Luton Town on a one-month loan deal.
Phillips, 20, arrives at Plainmoor with The Gulls third in the National League South table, having won two of their opening three fixtures.
The winger made his Championship debut for Luton in December, before he was sent out on loan to Bath City, where he made six appearances.
He is due to go straight into the squad for Torquay's away match against Horsham on Saturday.
