Harrogate Town have signed Ilkeston Town striker Tom Cursons for an undisclosed fee on a two-and-a-half-year deal.

The 23-year-old had scored 25 goals in 30 games for the Northern Premier League side this season.

"I'm delighted, the chance to play full-time football in the EFL is something I've dreamed of, so to be here now with it all signed feels really good," Cursons told the club website.

"It'll probably take a few days and a few training sessions for it to properly sink in but it's a really exciting time for me."
