Manager Phil Parkinson says Wrexham can draw on their experiences of the past two seasons as they bid for a third successive promotion.

Back-to-back promotions have seen Wrexham rise from the National League to League One.

Wrexham currently occupy second spot in League One, which would secure automatic promotion to the Championship at the end of the season.

"It's reminding ourselves what we did at this time over the last couple of years," Parkinson said.

"It is just to focus and looking at the outcome of what can be achieved, and concentrate on each and every day and each game.

"It's nothing more than that.

"We've now got to work as hard away at Exeter as we have in the last two games."

Parkinson's side travel to Exeter City for Saturday's league game after back-to- back wins over promotion rivals Wycombe Wanderers and Stockport County.

Wrexham are second in the table, three points above Wycombe having played a game more than the Chairboys. Charlton Athletic and Stockport in fourth and fifth spots respectively.

Eight points separate Wrexham and Charlton but Parkinson dismissed the notion of the battle for second spot being a two horse race between his side and Wycombe.

"I'd never be presumptuous to say that," Parkinson told BBC Sport Wales.

"If I do start to say things like that then I'm sure Charlton and Stockport would be playing my quotes to their players.

"We concentrate on ourselves, it's as simple as that and we will see where it takes us at the end of the season.

"We know what we've got to do each week and we've got to be relentless in terms of the way we go about our performances."
