Lincoln City have signed forward Bailey Cadamarteri on a season-long loan from Sheffield Wednesday.
The 19-year-old, who has been at Wednesday from the age of nine, made 25 appearances for the Championship side last season, scoring five goals.
But he moves down a division in search of regular first-team football.
"The move has been a long time coming," he told BBC Radio Lincoln's Red Imps Club.
"I’m just happy to get it over the line and now get ready for Saturday.
"Hopefully I can go and get 30-40 games under my belt, it’ll be good for my development and hopefully good for the Imps."
Lincoln have begun the new season with two wins and a draw in League One and travel to Stevenage on Saturday.
